How do I book my stay?
You can book your stay directly on our website from the “Our Urban Suites” page or by carrying out a search on the form. You can also contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone on +33 7 68 42 28 28. Here, you benefit from the best rates guaranteed.
What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival. After this time, we will not be able to refund your reservation.
Is the deposit taken at the same time as the amount of the reservation?
For each apartment reserved, we ask for a deposit in case of damage. A pre-authorization will be made on the card, which means that the sum is blocked and not debited. The amount will be released on the day of your departure if the apartment has not been damaged.
Can I extend my stay?
You can contact us by e-mail at [email protected] for any extension request or call us on the number notified on your booking email.
Are there any additional charges?
No, the cost of your stay is detailed in your booking. No unpleasant surprises when paying or when you arrive!
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are unfortunately not accepted to protect our allergic clientele.
Can I smoke in an Edgar Suites apartment?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and common areas.
Can I host an event at Edgar Suites?
Events are prohibited in our apartments.
What are the rules for staying in an Edgar Suites apartment?
You’ll find an apartment carefully prepared for your stay, in perfect condition. So please return it in the same condition upon check-out. Also, please respect the neighborhood during your entire stay. Parties and noise are strictly prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Can we exceed the maximum capacity notified on the ad?
The maximum capacity of the apartment is notified in our announcement. For security and insurance reasons, we ask you to respect this limitation under penalty of non-reimbursed cancellation of your stay.
