How do I book my stay?

You can book your stay directly on our website from the “Our Urban Suites” page or by carrying out a search on the form. You can also contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone on +33 7 68 42 28 28. Here, you benefit from the best rates guaranteed.

What are the cancellation conditions?

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival. After this time, we will not be able to refund your reservation.

Is the deposit taken at the same time as the amount of the reservation?

For each apartment reserved, we ask for a deposit in case of damage. A pre-authorization will be made on the card, which means that the sum is blocked and not debited. The amount will be released on the day of your departure if the apartment has not been damaged.

Can I extend my stay?

You can contact us by e-mail at [email protected] for any extension request or call us on the number notified on your booking email.

Are there any additional charges?

No, the cost of your stay is detailed in your booking. No unpleasant surprises when paying or when you arrive!

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are unfortunately not accepted to protect our allergic clientele.

Can I smoke in an Edgar Suites apartment?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and common areas.

Can I host an event at Edgar Suites?

Events are prohibited in our apartments.

What are the rules for staying in an Edgar Suites apartment?

You’ll find an apartment carefully prepared for your stay, in perfect condition. So please return it in the same condition upon check-out. Also, please respect the neighborhood during your entire stay. Parties and noise are strictly prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Can we exceed the maximum capacity notified on the ad?

The maximum capacity of the apartment is notified in our announcement. For security and insurance reasons, we ask you to respect this limitation under penalty of non-reimbursed cancellation of your stay.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm.

Check-out time is 11 a.m.

How do we access the apartment?

The day before your arrival, we will send you an e-mail with detailed instructions for accessing the building and the apartment.

The apartments have either a code lock or a key lock.

Do you have a reception on site? Is there someone to welcome me?

A Flat Manager will welcome you in the apartment to carry out the check-in. You can reach him / her on the contact details provided before your arrival. Our mobile team of versatile Flat Managers will be able to intervene on site as soon as possible if necessary.

Who can I contact if I have a question or problem in the apartment?

Upon arrival, a contact number and e-mail will be notified. We will be reachable and available 7 days a week to answer your questions and resolve any problems during your stay.

What services are offered?

At Edgar Suites, we focus on the comfort of our guests. You will find in our apartments quality bedding as well as carefully selected bath products. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, each apartment has an equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, Nespresso machine, kettle, filter coffee, toaster, dishwasher, etc.). Wi-Fi is specific to each apartment. All televisions have a Netflix subscription. We will provide you with: sheets, bath towels, bath products, tea towel, coffee, tea, condiments, product for the dishwasher…

How often is the apartment cleaned?

Professional cleaning is done before and after your stay.

Can I receive parcels or mail in my apartment?

We are not a traditional hotel, we have no reception and are unable to receive and store your parcels. We recommend that you have it delivered to a nearby parcel relay.

Is there parking with the apartments?

Only the residences in Montrouge, Meudon La Forêt, Châtillon and Levallois Perret have parking. Otherwise, Edgar Suites does not have private parking, but we recommend nearby public parking and web partners to help you find the nearest secure parking at the most reasonable price.
