Assets sought

Buildings to be rehabilitated or built (eg offices, hotels);
Commercial purpose;
Depth limited to 15 m;
Possible cohabitation in a real estate complex: residential, retail, offices, coworking…;
Located in the city center, less than 5 minutes’ walk from public transportation;
Surface area: 500 to 6000 m².
