Assets sought

Buildings to be rehabilitated or constructed (e.g. offices, hotels);
Commercial use;
Depth limited to 15 m;
Possible cohabitation in a building complex: residential, retail, offices, coworking…;
Located in the city centre, less than a 5-minute walk from public transport;
Surface: 500 to 6000m2.
