How to book my stay?

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel for free up to 42 days before your arrival. After this period, we will not be able to issue a refund if you wish to cancel your reservation.

Is the deposit taken at the same time as the amount of the reservation?

For each apartment booked we ask you a deposit of 300 € in case of degradation. A pre-authorization of 300 € has been made on the card, which means that the sum is blocked and not debited. The amount will be released the day of your departure if the apartment has not been degraded.

What are the proposed services and benefits?

At Edgar Suites we focus on the comfort of our guests. In our apartments you will find quality bedding and carefully selected bath products. To make your stay more enjoyable, each apartment has a kitchen (Nespresso machine, kettle, filter coffee, toaster, dishwasher …). Wi-Fi is unique to each apartment. All TVs have a Netflix subscription.
We will provide: sheets, towels, bath products, coffee, tea, condiments, dishwasher product …

Frequency of cleaning

Cleaning is done before and after your stay.

What are the arrival and departure times?

You can take possession of your apartment from 15:00 on the day of your arrival. The apartments must be vacated no later than 11:00 am on the day of departure.

How do you reach the apartment?

The day before your arrival, we will send you an e-mail with instructions and access codes to the building and the apartment.
You will have a unique and confidential code which will serve you to open the door of your apartment.

Will there be someone on site to greet us?

A housekeeper will be on site from 10:00 to 17:00 to welcome you and help you carry your luggage. You can also reach him on a phone number that will be provided upon arrival.

Is it feasible to deposit your luggage if you come before 3:00 p.m.?

Yes, from 10:00 am it is possible to leave your luggage in the establishment. The housekeeper will be present on the spot to receive them and will bring them to your room when it is ready.

Does the residence have a parking?

Edgar Suites does not have private parking; however, we recommend public parking nearby.

Who can I contact if I have a question or a problem in the apartment?

Upon arrival, a contact number and an e-mail will be notified.
A housekeeper will also be on site from 10:00 to 17:00. You can also reach him on a phone number that will be provided upon arrival.

Are pets allowed?

No, animals are unfortunately not allowed.

Can I have an invoice?

No problem, we can edit an invoice for your stay.
