How do I make a reservation?
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival. After this period, we will not be able to refund your reservation.
Is the deposit taken upon paying for the reservation?
For each apartment being reserved, we require a deposit in case of damages during the stay. A pre-authorization will be made on the card, which means that the sum is blocked but not debited. The amount will be cleared on the day of your departure if the apartment has not been damaged.
Can I extend my reservation?
You can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for any extension request.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm.
Check-out is at 11am.
How do I get to the apartment?
The day before your arrival, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to get to the building and the apartment.
Will someone greet me at the residence upon arrival?
You can reach our Digital Concierge with the contact details provided before your arrival.
If needed, our skilled team of flat managers are on call to provide help on site as quickly as possible.
Who can I contact if I have a question or a problem in the apartment?
Upon arrival, you will have our contact number and email address. We will be contactable and available 7 days a week to answer your questions and resolve any problems during your stay.
What services and benefits does Edgar Suites provide?
At Edgar Suites, we prioritise the comfort of our guests. In our apartments, you will find quality bedding as well as premium bath products, all selected with care. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, each apartment has an equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, Nespresso machine, kettle, filter coffee, toaster, dishwasher, etc.). Each apartment has its own personal Wi-Fi connection. All our televisions have a Netflix subscription.
We will provide you with: sheets, bath towels, bath products, tea towels, coffee, tea, condiments, dishwasher products, laundry detergent…
Is there parking at the residence?
Edgar Suites does not have private parking, however we can recommend nearby public parking and online partners to help you find the nearest secure parking at the most reasonable price.
How often is the apartment cleaned?
The apartment is professionally cleaned before and after your stay.
Can I receive parcels or mail during my stay?
We are not a traditional hotel, we do not have a reception and are therefore unable to receive and store your packages. We recommend that you organise a delivery service to a nearby parcel relay.
Can I have an invoice for my stay?
Yes it’s no problem at all, we can send you an invoice for your stay by email.
Do you charge any additional fees?
No, the cost of the stay is detailed in your reservation. There won’t be any bad surprises when you pay or upon arrival.
Are animals permitted?
No, animals are unfortunately not permitted in order to protect our guests with allergies.
Can I smoke in an Edgar Suites apartment?
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment and all common areas in the residence.
Can I organise an event in my Edgar Suites apartment?
Events are not permitted in our apartments.
Are there any special rules that must be respected in my Edgar Suites apartment?
You will find an apartment in perfect condition, perfectly prepared for your stay. Please return it in the same condition when checking out.
Also, please respect our neighbours throughout your stay. Parties, gatherings and noise from 10pm and 8am are strictly prohibited.
Is it possible to exceed the maximum capacity noted in the apartment listing?
The maximum capacity of the apartment is specified in our listing. For security and insurance reasons, we ask you to respect this limitation or your reservation will be subject to a non-refundable cancellation of your stay.
