2016
Xavier, Maxime and Grégoire decided to reinvent the ageing aparthotel category by founding Edgar Suites, an eco-responsible company that would take the greatest care of travelers.
2017
Opening of the first aparthotel residence, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, at the Villa Thoreton in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
2018
Our profitable activity increases by two every year through operating cash flow.
2020
Covid crisis. Thanks to an agile model, Edgar Suites manages to maintain an occupancy rate of 85% and to pay all rents and retain 100% of the workforce.
2021
Afinancial partner enters Edgar Suites: BC Partners Real Estate.
2022
First acquisition of a building in Levallois-Perret.

Leader of a new generation of aparthotels
“Entreprise à mission” (benefit corporation) since 2022, our mission is to design spaces for urban, happy and committed stays with contribution to local development. Today, Edgar Suites transforms and operates commercial real estate surfaces in apartment residences with hospitality services. This hybrid model allows us to have a structured and profitable growth. In the near future, our activity will intensify with the launch of new residences and the extension of our concept in the main regions.
